My Subscription Renewed but It Still Shows Expired
If your StockMarketEye subscription has successfully renewed, but the app is still showing expired, here's what you can do.
Click on the warning icon at the bottom of the Folders view (see red arrow above - bottom left of StockMarketEye window). This will re-download your current license and if it has updated successfully after the renewal, the bar will no longer be red.
If option #1 did not work for you, you can also use the menu, Help -> License Info... Then on the License Info page, click on the "Revalidate License Key" link.
Then check the box in front of "I understand and agree", and click OK. This will download your latest licensing details and if it has updated successfully after the renewal, the details, including the "Expiration Date", will be updated.
