Creating and Managing your StockMarketEye Account

A StockMarketEye Account lets you securely access external services provided by StockMarketEye, such as the Advanced Brokerage Import.

Create your StockMarketEye Account

When you first access a feature in StockMarketEye that requires a StockMarketEye Account (such as when you first access the Advanced Brokerage Import), you will need to create or log in to your account. If you have not created a StockMarketEye Account, watch the following video or follow the steps below to create one.

Steps to Create a StockMarketEye Account

1. If you are using the Advanced Brokerage Import feature, but are not currently logged in to your StockMarketEye Account, you will see the following window displayed.

If you are coming from the Preferences -> Account tab, you'll see this screen:

2. Click on the green "Sign Up / Login" button.

3. In the "Log In to StockMarketEye" window that appears, enter your email address and password in the "Sign Up for a free StockMarketEye Account!" form, then click on the "Continue" button.

4. At this point, StockMarketEye will create your account. Then after a few seconds will send you directly to the Advanced Brokerage Import screen (or the Preferences -> Account tab, if you started from there).

5. You will also have received an email (titled: "Verify your email") from StockMarketEye asking you to confirm the email you used for your account. Click on the orange, "Verify Your Account" button in that email.

Your account has now been successfully created and you're ready to use features such as the Advanced Brokerage Import. If you have any problems creating your account, don't hesitate to contact our support staff.

Log Out of your StockMarketEye Account

If you want to log out of your account, you may do so on the Preferences -> Account tab.

Click on the "Log Out" button in the box that displays your login information. Once you have been successfully logged out, you'll see the green "Sign Up / Login" button which you can use to log back in in the future.

When you first launch the application, you will receive a pop-up that will prompt you to Verify your account.

Please click on the 'Verify My Account' button as described in the screenshot below.

Once you have clicked on the 'Verify My Account' button, another page will pop up on your browser for you to either log into your account or sign up.

Please click on 'Sign Up' as seen in the screenshot below and create an account using the email address linked to your license key.
