StockMarketEye Troubleshooting 101

Troubleshooting issues in StockMarketEye starts with the following steps:

  1. Be sure you're using the most recent version of StockMarketEye. You can download and install the latest version from our website here:
  2. Quit StockMarketEye. 
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Start StockMarketEye again and see if the problem persists.

If the problem persists after having done all 4 steps above, please send us all of the following additional information:

  1. A detailed description of the issue and any specific actions that seem to cause the issue. This detailed information helps us quickly analyze the situation and then narrow down potential causes and solutions.
  2. One or more screenshots of the issue you are seeing in StockMarketEye. A picture is worth 100 words. Whether it be an error message, incorrect number or something just doesn't work, please send us screenshots to help us understand where the issue is happening and why it doesn't seem right.
  3. Your StockMarketEye log files. These files may have more detailed information in them concerning any issue you may be seeing. Please see the following page for where you can access the log files.  The StockMarketEye Log Files
