Reset or Change Your On-Line Sync Password

If you have lost or forgotten your StockMarketEye on-line sync password, of if you simply want to change the password that you currently use, follow the steps below.

  1. Use the following link to open the StockMarketEye on-line sync password reset page: 
    1. https://client.stockmarketeye.com/users/password/new
  2. Enter the email address of your StockMarketEye on-line sync account in the "Email" field.
  3. Click the "Send me reset password instructions" button.  We'll send the instructions on changing the password to the email address you entered in #2 .
  4. You should receive the reset password email within 15 minutes. The email will be from "support@stockmarketeye.com". Be sure to check your spam folder in case it was falsely labeled by your email client.
  5. Click on the link entitled "Change my password" in the email. This will open your browser and take you to the specific password reset page of our on-line sync service. Note that this link is valid for 2 hours only.
  6. On the password reset page, enter your new password and confirm it. Then click "Change my password" to complete the password reset.
  7. You must now logout of the StockMarketEye on-line sync service on each device on which you use StockMarketEye. Then log back in using the new password.
