Changing the Name of a Security

If you have followed the guide for Tracking Bonds and Other Non-Quoted Securities, or if you simply want to specify a name for a security that is different from the default, you can edit the value of the Name column.

To edit the Name column, first select the line to edit, then click in the Name cell of that line. Enter the new name and press return.

If you want to go back to the default name, edit the value again, deleting the manually entered name so that the field is empty. Then press return.
